Call for Papers
Work-In-Progress Posters (WIPP)
We invite you to submit your ongoing, scientific, and innovative Work-in-Progress Posters (WIPP). Accepted WIPP presentations/papers will be showcased as posters at ICCE2025 which will be held on December 01- December 05, at Chennai India.
We especially encourage submissions from under-represented countries, i.e., countries with little or no participation in past ICCEs. Researchers and practitioners are encouraged to submit a three-page paper in
the following seven areas:
C1: ICCE Sub-Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Education/Intelligent Tutoring System (AIED/ITS) and Adaptive Learning
C2: ICCE Sub-Conference on Computer-supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) and Learning Sciences
C3: ICCE Sub-Conference on Advanced Learning Technologies (ALT), Learning Analytics and Digital Infrastructure
C4: ICCE Sub-Conference on Technology Enhanced Learning for Mobility of Learners and Learning Experiences (TEML)
C5: ICCE Sub-Conference on Educational Gamification and Game-based Learning (EGG)
C6: ICCE Sub-Conference on Technology Enhanced Language Learning (TELL)
C7: ICCE Sub-Conference on Practice-driven Research, Teacher Professional Development and Policy of ICT in Education (PTP)
Important Dates
Paper Submission Deadline: 18 August 2025
Notification of Acceptance: 01 September 2025
Camera-Ready Paper Deadline: 15 September 2025
Author Registration Deadline: 15 September 2025
Submission Requirements and Materials
Submissions should be related to the above areas and the themes of ICCE2025.
Submissions are not expected to include a full literature review but should have relevant citations and references to support the paper.
Submissions are to be related to existing and ongoing research, not work that have been fully completed.
Submissions have a length limit of three (3) pages.
Refer to submission guidelines and download the Paper Template file (Word version) to aid preparation of your submission.
You are strongly encouraged to use the paper template and directly change the content accordingly for your submission.
Submit to EasyChair by 18 August 2025.
After review and upon acceptance, camera-ready papers will need to be submitted in both Word and PDF formats together with a copyright statement by the Camera-ready Paper deadline. At least one author must register by the Author Registration Deadline for the paper to be included in the conference program and proceedings.

All papers accepted for the WIPP session will be published in proceedings and made available on the official ICCE2025 websites.
